Carolyn M. Larrabee is a general practice attorney with over 17 years of experience in a wide variety of legal issues. She currently focuses her practice at Bryant Larrabee, P.C. on Domestic and Family Law matters along with civil litigation cases. Carolyn strives to provide her clients with a conscientious, wholistic analysis of all their legal issues advising on multiple options that may assist her clients in reaching a desirable resolution.
Carolyn joined Bryant Larrabee, P.C. upon her return to Centre County. Previously, she clerked for The Honorable David E. Grine in the Centre County Court of Common Pleas and later served as an Assistant District Attorney in Centre County where her focus was primarily on juvenile adjudication matters. Later, Carolyn established the Office of Student Legal Services at the Pennsylvania State University as its first Director. Carolyn has experience as a General Counsel Attorney for one of the largest public-school divisions in the country, as well as serving in the Offices of the Attorney General for both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Delaware.
Carolyn is a magna cum laude graduate of Dickinson College with a B.A. in history, and she received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Carolyn is licensed to practice law in multiple states including Pennsylvania and Virginia and was recently admitted to the State of Delaware Bar after passing the July 2021 bar exam and successfully completing the state’s stringent admission requirements.
Originally from Hollidaysburg, Carolyn has long considered central Pennsylvania and Centre County her home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, hiking familiar trails through state parks and forests in the area, and introducing her children to her favorite Centre County traditions and destinations.
